It’s the last day of 2017 and I am so excited for 2018. I have lots of blog post plans.
Thank you to everyone who has read and followed my blog this year, it really means a lot. I can’t wait to spend 2018 blogging. Blog posts are going to be every Friday pm.
Happy new year!
So today isn’t really a post it’s to say merry Christmas to you all.
I have loved blogmas this year it’s been so much fun!, I was going to blog up until the new year. But I’m not going to, simply because I am actually excited for it this year.
Thank you all so much for supporting me this year and this month. A lot of work has gone into my blog posts. I hope you all have a great Christmas!
Shall I do a what I got for Christmas blog?
Today I am going to talk about things I have learnt this year. I feel like this year has given me a lot of new experiences and I thought it would be nice to make a post about them.
- Life isn’t always going to go the way you planned. I learnt that a lot this year, nothing has gone to plan. But better things have happened and I’m so happy about it
- Learning how to trust people. This has always been an issue for me. I have never trusted anyone even though I know I can. But this year I definitely have trusted people a lot more. And I am so happy about it.
- It’s ok to have a bad day. I always thought having a bad day meant life wasn’t going well. But everyone has bad days. It’s how you deal with the bad days that’s important.
I have learnt some very important lessons this year. Ones that have definitely changed my life in a good way. And I can’t wait to learn and grow next year.
I am back with another blog post, this time it’s my favourite mascaras, so let’s just get started.
The Falsies Push Up Angel Maybelline
I have always loved Maybelline mascaras they have never failed me yet. And this one is amazing, I love the brush on this. It isn’t a full brush and it’s curved. This definitely gives my eyelashes a push up and makes them look very full. It’s perfect for everyday use and takes no effort at all to apply.
Barry M That’s How I Roll
I have never had a Barry M mascara before so I wasn’t sure if I would like this. The packaging is so cute it has roller skates on it. The brush is a very thin one which is unusual for me, I normally go for the ones with a bigger brush. But this mascara is actually really good, it really gives my lashes a nice lift and curl, it’s amazing. I can’t fault it at all, I will definitely be buying more Barry M mascaras.
Bourjois Volume Reveal
Again I’ve never had a Bourjois mascara but this one looked interesting so I had to buy it. It also has a mirror on it which really caught my attention. I actually like the mirror been on this mascara as I can get every single lash. This mascara definitely gives my lashes a lot of volume and a fuller look. It’s amazing.
I hope you enjoyed this little post in my favourite mascaras and I will see you again tomorrow.
Today I am going to talk about some of my favourite things about Christmas, let’s get started.
Christmas lights- I love all the bright and pretty lights this time of year. I prefer the multi coloured lights as it just makes everything look brighter.
Christmas Films- I have been watching Christmas films none stop. They are really getting me in the mood for Christmas this year.
Buying presents- I have actually loved buying presents for people this year. I’m so excited to be able to give presents to the people I love. It’s such a nice feeling buying things for others.
Christmas Music- Whenever I am doing something I love putting on Christmas music and having a sing a long. Christmas music really gets me excited.
Advent Calendars- I think advent calendars make the countdown to Christmas so much more exciting. You get a little chocolate every day.
Blogmas- I have always enjoyed reading people’s blogmas posts. This year taking part has been such a good idea. I’m so happy I decided to take part in it.
So that is a few things I love about Christmas.
What do you love about Christmas?
Today we are going to talk about my blogging journey this year. 2017 has been so good for my blog. So much has happened and I’m so proud of my blog.
This year I managed to get 200,300 and then 400 followers which is so crazy. I never thought that would happen. I think this year I have also had a lot more blog post ideas.
I’ve also followed some new blogs this year, which I really love. As well as writing I love reading blogs.
Thank you for all the support you give me in my posts. I have a lot planned for my blog next year. But I honestly couldn’t do anything without my readers and followers.
Thank you for taking time out to read my blogs. Thank you for following me. Thank you for making my life a lot better.
I never thought people would enjoy my blog, but some people do. I can’t believe that, it’s amazing.
I can’t wait to spend 2018 on this blog!
So today I am going to be talking about the Lipsticks I can’t live without. I use these all the time and I would recommend them to anyone. So let’s get started.
The first one I am going to talk about is Mac Velvet Teddy. This is my all time favourite lipstick, I am always reaching for it. It’s the perfect nude colour which applies so easily. It’s matte and it actually stays on when you eat and drink. It’s so pigmented and looks great with any makeup look. I would definitely recommend it.
The next one is from Avon and it’s one of their plumping lipsticks, this is in the shade Pink Pop. It’s such a beautiful pink colour, it applies very easily. I wouldn’t say it’s a plumping lipstick, for me my lips look the same. The colour is well lasting but if you eat and drink you may want to re apply the colour a little bit. But I would definitely recommend this lipstick.
My next favourite is Tanya Burr Central Park. This is a bright pink colour which I can’t live without. It’s super pigmented and it doesn’t make my lips dry even after wearing it for hours. It glides onto my lips with no effort. The colour stays on for a long time without needing any touch ups. I would definitely recommend this product.
And the last one is L’Oréal 431. This is a beautiful Fuchsia colour. It applies very easily and feels nice on the lips. When you eat and drink the colour does rub of a lot so you so have to re apply it. It’s a perfect colour for when you just want a simple makeup look. I would definitely recommend this lipstick.
That’s it for my favourite lipsticks, I hope you enjoyed this post and I will see you again tomorrow.
